Bryan is a seasoned expert with a decade of experience in the fastener industry, excelling in both manufacturing and distribution. Known for his problem-solving prowess and love for a good challenge, Bryan is always on the lookout for the best deals for his customers.
When he’s not busy making customers happy, Bryan is a devoted father to his 21-month-old daughter, who keeps him smiling and on his toes.
Bryan brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything he does.

Yanni grew up in the fastener industry, inspired by his father’s work at Delta Secondary Inc. Fascinated by machinery, he spent weekends and holidays at the company, learning the production process.
Yanni is hands-on and leads by example, always seeking to improve efficiency and understand new technologies. He embraces challenges and believes quitting is the only true failure.
In his free time, Yanni enjoys traveling, watching videos on manufacturing and technology, and spending time with his family, whether it’s date nights with his wife, playing with his kids, or making wine with his dad.

Dan is a self-proclaimed information junky. He reads a drawing like most people read a good romance, and with over 12 years in the industry, he can tell his F468M-06 from his F837-20!
Engineering is a collaborative sport for Mr. Carr - he believes that sharing is caring and that the more everyone knows about the fascinating world of fasteners, the better. He’s happy to talk plating over a good beer (some of which he may have even brewed himself) and he’s nuts for a strong washer.
When he’s not ensuring sales, purchasing, and manufacturing work in perfect synergy, Dan can be found tinkering with weird and wonderful tech.
Dan is one of our geekier geeks, and we’re very proud to have him as part of the Big Bolt team!

Kathy is a powerhouse when it comes to procurement. She leads her team like a conductor leads an orchestra, finessing pricing, volume, specifications, quality, and delivery while ensuring the day-to-day continues to play in the background like a fine melody.
With over a decade of experience in the fastener sector, in addition to her responsibilities at Big Bolt, she is very active in events and mentoring within her field and takes great pride in bringing the next generation of professionals into the fast-paced world of industrial fasteners.
Kathy is also a skilled negotiator, ensuring that Big Bolt's customers get the right materials as quickly as possible. Service is her focus!

Lorena is our dedicated Purchasing Specialist with 7 years of experience in the fastener industry. She has developed a strong understanding of the business by working in both sales and purchasing. This experience allows her to support outside service operations while collaborating closely with vendors and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, she’s a devoted mother of two who loves spending time with her family. She also finds joy in gardening and spending time outdoors. Whether hiking new trails or tending to her garden, she approaches everything with passion, care, and balance.
